If the shipping time takes longer that it should or the shipping is stuck at the customs please contact your local UPS directly to solve this shipping issue and let us know about the situation. We will contact UPS and provide additional information if needed.
Please mind that faster shipping options are based on the UPS shipping system, and as with all UPS packages, they may experience delays at customs or during transport due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Priority Shipping (4-5 business days): This option means your order will be shipped with UPS using the fastest available option, typically arriving within 4-5 business days from the time it is picked up.
- First Line Shipping (2-3 business days): This option means your order will be shipped with UPS using an even faster available option, typically arriving within 2-3 business days from the time it is picked up.
Important: These estimated delivery times do not include the manufacturing time, which usually takes 3-5 business days.
Refund Policy for Shipping Options: Additional shipping options are nonrefundable, even if the package is not delivered within the estimated time frame. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, any delays caused by customs, heavy traffic, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances fall under UPS's responsibility, as they handle the transportation. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
If the customer refuses the package for no valid reason, we will not accept it for a refund and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, the package will be utilized by the carrier, and we will not be held liable for any such costs.
Customs Fees
Customers who order a CityWood product may be subject to import taxes based on the customs regulations of their country. These import taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

We strongly encourage you to check with your local authorities for current rules and any potential import taxes that may apply to your package. All shipments are dispatched from the EU.
Customs Fees in USA
You may need to pay customs duty (or import tax) on any goods you move across the US border from other countries, though goods from some countries are exempt due to different international trade agreements. The United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) enforces customs rules.
This fee average of 4% and may be added by the courier during the delivery.

Customs Fees in Canada
Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Unless specifically exempted, you must pay the 5% GST on items you import into Canada by mail. The CBSA calculates any duties owing based on the value of the goods in Canadian funds.

Customs Fees in UK
Customs duty is assessed on the fair market value of imported goods at the time they are landed in the UK. Import prices for products entering the UK generally consist of: Cost, Insurance, Freight and Duty, with a standard VAT of 20% levied on the aggregate value.

There are no customs fee for the packages shipped to EU.
